Would you like to be a vendor or exhibitor at this years Wings Over The Valley Air Festival ?

Below you will find all the information you need to be a vendor or exhibitor at the Wings Over The Valley Air Festival 2017 where we expect over 5,000 patrons to attend !

Vendors and Exhibitors must fill out our application with products or services you plan to promote. No other products will be allowed in your exhibit space except those listed and approved. Each vendor will be allowed to sell two (2) exclusive food items. After completing application, please mail in with your certificate of insurance and fees due.

FOOD, MERCHANDISE, NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION SETUP:
Thursday, September 15, 2017 12:00 (noon) – 5:00 p.m.
Friday, September 16, 2017 06:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, September 16th, 2017 06:00 a.m - 08:00 a.m.
Sunday, September 17th, 2017 - RAIN DAY

Please note that NO vehicles will be allowed in the vending areas Saturday September 16th between the hours of 08:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Aircraft may arrive as early as Wednesday and may stay beyond Sunday to accommodate weather considerations.
(Special hotel accommodations have been reserved by the Guntersville Air Festival Foundation, so please contact us if you would like to reserve a room at the discounted rate – all reserved rooms must be released by the Guntersville Air Festival Foundation to receive the discounted rate.)

All Food Vendors: must have their booth ready by 08:00 a.m. (based on your business service) on each day of the festival, and must not close your booth prior to 5:30pm the day of the festival. Festival hours are from 08:00 a.m. each day to 06:00 p.m. Please respect our guests during the festival.

All Exhibitors: must have their booth ready by 08:00 a.m. on Saturday.


MOVE-OUT SCHEDULE (tear down date & hours)

OUTDOOR DISPLAY AREAS:

Saturday, September 16, 2017 after 6:00 p.m., grounds will be open until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday September 16, 2017. If special arrangements are required, please contact the Guntersville Air Festival Foundation.

No Vendor and/or Exhibitor will be allowed to tear down their space prior to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, September 16, 2017.
No Vendor vehicles permitted on any airport ramps prior to 5:30 p.m. Saturday, September 16, 2017.

Safety is a first priority to any vehicle movement on the Airport Property.


PARKING AND WRISTBANDS

VENDORS AND EXHIBITORS PARKING

Two parking passes, for Vendors and Exhibitors, will be provided free of charge.

Vendors and Exhibitors that require parking passes, in additional to those provided, may purchase them for $10.00 each.

VENDORS AND EXHIBITORS WRISTBANDS:

Wristbands, for Sponsors, Vendors and Exhibitors, will be provided free of charge based on the size and location of exhibit space purchased. Wristbands are valid all day long, including move-in and move-out days.

Sponsors, Vendors and Exhibitors that require additional wristbands may purchase additional wristbands for $10.00 each.

  • Wristbands are not mailed out in advance. You must pick them up at the time of set up.
  • Wristbands are required for entrance to the festival. No one will be permitted into the festival site without a wristband.

Vendors and Exhibitors Exhibit space must be paid in full prior to the release of their wristbands.


FEES

FOOD AND MERCHANDISE EXHIBITORS

Non-Profit Organizations 501c3 and Military, no charge to promote these organizations. Bring your own table and chairs or you may rent them from the Festival.

COMMERCIAL EXHIBITOR:

Cost is $ 125.00* for each 10' x 10' space

Cost is $ 200.00* for each 20' x 20' space

FOOD VENDOR:

Cost is $ 100.00 for each 5' x 5' space

Cost is $ 175.00 for each 10' x 10' space

Cost is $ 225.00 for each Food Truck space

Cost is $ 305.00 for each 20' x 20' space

EXTRAS:

Table ‐ 60” Round $ 20.00 each

Table - 48” Round $ 20.00 each

Table ‐ 24” x 48” Banquet $ 20.00 each

Chairs for Exhibit Areas (white) $ 10.00 each

Additional Wristbands $ 10.00 each

Exhibitor Parking Passes $ 10.00 each

INSURANCE

Each vendor is required to provide the Guntersville Air Festival Foundation with an original Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $100,000.00 for Comprehensive General Liability to include Products & Liability. Insurance Certificates must include the Guntersville Air Festival Foundation and the City of Guntersville, AL as additional Insured. Certificates are due no later than July 01, 2017.
